Satisfying Green smoothie
3/4 cup water
1/4 nut milk or coconut milk
2 medjool dates
1/4 gluten free oats
handful of frozen mangoes or raspberries (or your favorite fruit.)
handful of spinach
1/4 of a cucumber-adds fresh flavor!
This is a great smoothie to have in the morning because of the oats. It fills you up and has a fresh note from the cucumber. I love this smoothie, its quick to make with the frozen berries, which also give it a nice chill.
